The heavily tattooed model, who even has tattooed eyeballs, has shown off the results of her Brazilian butt lift.
Aussie Amber Luke, 24, has spent a whopping £20,000 (AU $39,300/US $24,643) on tattoos and body modifications over the years and has her tongue split and earlobes stretched, as well as having lip fillers and a boob job.
Her latest procedure, a bum lift, has left her needing to wear a nappy to cope with the bleeding but she's delighted nonetheless.

Sharing her before and after snaps with her 109,000 followers, she wrote: "My BBL ([Brazilian butt lift] experience has been quite pleasant considering how much blood there's been, Cosmos [clinic] has made me feel so content with my progress and ensure me that everything's going to plan every two days when I get a massage to help drain excess fluids.
"I have to wear diapers to help with the bleeding HAHA but other than that it's all good."
In a later update, she added: "I'm feeling good, I've been walking around the shops since day two, but today I went to the markets and had a decent walk around. The swelling has gone down a tremendous amount, I'm feeling human again!"
The painful procedure involves surgeons sucking fat from other parts of the body and putting it into the bum to give a more rounded look.

Earlier this year, Amber shocked fans by sharing a photo of herself before undergoing her extreme makeover.
In the photo, Amber can be seen looking very glamorous in a floor length turquoise gown with her long blond hair curled and hanging down past her shoulders.
The model says her unique look gets a mixed response from people on the street.

She told Daily Mail Australia: "I gained a lot of support and positive vibes from complete strangers - there was always the few nasty opinionated ones who try to make you feel inadequate, but I never let them get to me."
Addressing those who do try and knock her for how she looks, Amber added: "If you're reading this and you have nothing nice to say? Don't say it at all. You never know what a person's going through in their personal lives, be kind.
"I'm not harming anyone in the process, I'm doing what I want to do and if it makes me get up in the morning and be a happy person, then so be it." Well said, mate.
