Sharon Osbourne has claimed that her former colleague Simon Cowell doesn't like overweight people.

Speaking on the Honest AF podcast, 67-year-old Sharon said: "Simon doesn't have the ability to see individuals. He doesn't like people who are overweight. Seriously."

The former X Factor judge also said that his views were 'dated'.

Sharon continued: "That's why he turned down Jennifer Hudson, that's why he wouldn't champion her on American Idol. But it's the truth. He's very dated."

Jennifer has said that Simon once complained about her, with Hudson saying at one point: "Simon told me I was 'too big' in every way. I think he meant my hair, my voice, my personality, my songs.

"I didn't really understand how that was a negative thing. I said, 'Is big not what a star is?'"

Sharon also addressed her feelings regarding Simon on Good Morning Britain in November 2019, and she couldn't help but have a pop at him then too.

Speaking to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid from her home in LA, she was questioned about the pair's spat.

She explained: "I'm talking but I haven't spoken to him in so long, last May was the last time. Not this year but the year before. So it's been a while."

Simon's weight loss came up, with Sharon saying that she thought he looked 'great'. But of course, she had a few other things to mention.

She said: "I think he looks great. I think he looks absolutely great. The teeth are a bit big and one eye's kinda droopy but I think he looks great."

She also brought up her husband Ozzy, adding: "You know about Ozzy's accident, he's on the mend. He had that very, very bad fall in February of this year but he's getting there, he's getting better."

Ozzy Osbourne spoke out about his health in January, saying he didn't think he would be here 'that much longer' than 15 years as he opened up about his Parkinson's diagnosis.

The 71-year-old told fans he was living with the condition, prompting an influx of support.

In an interview with Kerrang!, Ozzy said: "Do I ever think about when my time's gonna come? I think about it, I don't worry about it.

"I won't be here in another 15 years or whatever, not that much longer, but I don't dwell on it. It's gonna happen to us all."

He added: "Am I happy now? No. I haven't got my health. That thing knocked the s**t out of me, man, but I'm still here.

"In fact, I worried about [death] more when I was younger than I do now. I just try to enjoy things as much as possible, even though that's so f**king hard sometimes."
