Although I'm sure we're all really grateful for the multiple pairs of socks we received yesterday, being gifted a s***load of cash would have gone down a treat, too.
It's a joy that not many of us have experienced, but Lily Allen's fella gave her wads of cash for Christmas, as well as some extremely expensive looking Cartier jewellery.
Stranger Things actor David Harbour gave the singer the gifts and Lily shared the whole exchange on Instagram.

She opens the jewellery first - a very fancy looking watch, before moving on to the boxes of money. She can be heard saying, with a slightly sarcastic tone might I add: "Wow! Thank you baby!"
Looking through the cash, she tells David, who plays Hopper in the Netflix show, that he's got all her favourite colours.
She jokes: "Look at all this money, yeah my favourite... I love you!"

David asks her if they're the right ones, and she tells him they are, as she opens wads of all different currencies, joking that they're all her favourites.
Se adds: "Nothing funny about money baby, I'm so excited about all my Benjamins. My queen Lizzies."
Lily and David started seeing each other earlier this year and it could almost appear that their OTT present swap is taking the p*** out of other social media personalities.
It's suspiciously reminiscent of Cardi B's present to her husband, where she gave him a sweet little half a million dollars for his birthday. As you do.

The rapper gave Offset $500k cash, which she filmed him receiving and put it on Instagram, because if you didn't, did it really happen?
She hid the cash in an empty fridge, explaining: "So, everyone's saying you got every car, every jewellery, you got everything, you got every shoe - what else can I give somebody who got everything?"
Offset opened the fridge, saw the cash inside as she told him how much she'd given him. Her husband then said that she shouldn't have and she replied: "I know I don't have to give you this money, but I don't know what to give you and I gotta give you something."
So, as you can see - quite similar.

Lily also showed off a gold ring that David had bought her, but let her followers know it wasn't an engagement ring.
She joked: "Slightly disappointing. Next year."
