Voice Actor Hiroshi Masuoka Who Portrayed Master Roshi Has Died

Voice actor Hiroshi Masuoka, prominently known for portraying Master Roshi on Dragon Ball Z, has died.

The 83-year-old played Master Roshi in four episodes, named #288-291, however he also voiced the character in a number of Dragon Ball spin-offs.

Mr Masuoka is also known for Masuo Fuguta in Sazae-san and Jam Ojisan in Soreike! Anpanman.

Master Roshi has been voiced by multiple people over the years, including Kōhei Miyauchi, Jōji Yanami, Kinya Aikawa, Takkō Ishimori and Masaharu Sat.
