Rapper Drakeo the Ruler had reportedly passed away at the age of 28 after being stabbed at the Once Upon A Time music festival in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Times reports that paramedics responded to a call about a stabbing at around 8:40pm.
Drakeo the Ruler - real name Darrell Caldwell - was due to perform at the festival which had a star studded lineup including Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and 50 Cent.
According to reports, the rapper was 'pretty badly hurt' with video footage circulating which showed the aftermath of the stabbing with people running around and security working to break up what looks like a fight.
LADbible has contacted the Los Angeles Police Department for a statement.
