He's certainly a man for a big role, and by 'big' I mean built-like-a-brick-shithouse characters.
Jason Momoa has already played the King of Atlantis and now has his sights on another 'God-portraying' role.
At a Comic Con event, Jason was asked if he was familiar with PlayStation's God Of War series.
He responded: "Do I know God of War? Yeah, the guy with the white paint... I would love to play him."
The fan went back to him and asked: "If Sony ever contacted you, would you consider playing him?"
The reply from Jason was simple, but enough to excite fans. He said: "Hell, yeah!"
To be fair, he's probably one of the better matches out there with the hench physique and rage that has become familiar in his other roles.
The new design for Kratos in God Of War 4 sees him sport a beard. It's almost as if PlayStation is moulding the character ready for Jason to step into the role.
Sadly, Sony has no desire yet to make God Of War fit for the silver screen, despite rumours circulating previously in 2005 and 2009 that a script was in the offing.
However, with the recent success of 2016's Assassin's Creed being brought from the small screen to the big screen, and Sony's own Unchartered film also in the works, it may not be long before God Of War is also created.

For now, we will have to settle for Momoa to reprise his Aquaman role on two occasions with the release of Justice League in 2017 and then a film based solely around his character in 2018.
He's also set to star in a Canadian action thriller film called Braven which will be released later this year.
Justice League will see a unification of Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash, Cyborg, Green Lantern, Mera and Aquaman.

The film will be set months after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and see the former, plus Wonder Woman, set up a team to counteract the catastrophic threat of Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds) and his army of Parademons who are on the hunt for three 'mother boxes' on Earth.
