Noddy Is Now A Hipster Detective In His new TV Show

Noddy has always been somewhat of a misunderstood boy.

He often got into trouble due to misplaced trust and naivety.

But God bless his cotton socks, he's grown up and ready for his return.

However, he may have done a bit too much growing up. It looks like puberty has slapped him in the face with a frying pan and he's become a hipster.

The re-branding of Noddy makes it look like he's had a full spray tan, had his eyelashes done, his eyebrows plucked and been to Topman for a pair of Converse, a fresh turtle neck and a new beanie hat.

On the 18th April Noddy will appear on Channel 5 in Noddy, Toyland Detective.

His new hipster tendencies don't stop there, he'll now carry around a tablet and solve mysteries. There's no news on whether his tablet actually contributes to his mystery solving - he probably just distracts himself by sending all of his Facebook friends annoying Candy Crush invites.

As always, Noddy will be accompanied by Bumpy Dog, Big Ears and his car.
