Actor and comedian Terry Crews has offered his support to Kevin Hart following his injury in a serious car crash.

Crews said that he's 'here for' Hart but added that he thinks life is going to be 'a little different' for the Get Hard star following the accident.

Hart was involved in a serious road traffic accident in Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The 40-year-old actor's vintage Plymouth Barracuda car veered off the Cold Canyon Road onto the Mulholland Highway while Hart, his driver Jared Black, 28, and passenger Rebecca Broxterman, 31, were inside.

Speaking to US Weekly, Crews said: "Right now, Kevin's gonna have to rebuild his life somewhat. It may be a little different for Kevin from here on out.

"I understand that, I feel that. He probably feels very alone right now."

Crews said that he was compelled to speak out after seeing a few people making cruel comments and even suggesting that they were 'happy' to see that the Jumanji star was injured.

Crews continued: "[The comments] made no sense to me. But that's human nature."

Luckily, it seems as if Hart might make a decent recovery. His wife, Eniko, spoke out about the incident on Tuesday and said that whilst he had suffered 'major back injuries' he would be OK.

A video obtained by TMZ showed Eniko saying: "He's great, he's going to be just fine."

She added: "He's good. Everybody's good, thank god."

After learning of the accident, a lot of Hart's famous friends have paid tribute and wished their best to him.

Of those, none are closer to him than Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

Johnson shared a picture on his Instagram account of the pair filming Jumanji and wrote: "Stop messing with my emotions brother @kevinhart4real. We have a lot more laughing to do together. Love you man. Stay strong".

The former wrestler even went as far as to cut short his honeymoon to go and be with his mate. Appearing on The Kelly Clarkson Show, he revealed that his wife had given her blessing for him to leave and take his place at Kevin's side.

Afterwards, he tweeted: "When my son @KevinHart4real goes down with an injury, his big daddy steps in. I did leave my honeymoon early (Lauren approved cos she LOVES Kelly) and now me and Kelly are new best friends."

Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston also added his best wishes, writing: "I've just heard that @kevinhart4real was injured today in a car accident in Los Angeles. Let's all send him positive energy and healing thoughts. He's a good human. Get well soon, brother."
