If you like bingeing TV shows and scranning full tubs of ice cream, then the new Ben & Jerry's flavour is for you - the wittily named Netflix & Chill'd.
The ice cream company has created a brand new flavour that combines a whole load of tastes for you to get stuck in to while you plough your way through the latest Netflix serial killer documentary.
It combines peanut butter ice cream (unreal) with sweet and salty pretzel swirls, all topped off with a load of fudge brownies.
If, like me, you've accepted that 'new year, new me' is over - you can settle back in to your usual ways and get well and truly involved.

The new flavour will launch worldwide in 20 countries, including the UK, US and Australia.
Matthew McCarthy, CEO of Ben & Jerry's, says: "This is the perfect pairing between Ben & Jerry's and Netflix, to bring more magic to millions of fans (taste buds) across the globe."
In the UK, it will retail at an RRP of £5.49 and will be available in supermarkets across the country from February.
The UK arm of the manufacturer has also released another, slightly more unusual flavour earlier this year - in fact, it was more of a full meal. Feast your eyes on this mad concoction:
The creative dish combines Phish Food ice-cream, coated and fried in crispy cornflake batter and crunchy salted pretzel sticks, served with a lemon jelly wedge, chocolate fish chunks, raspberry ketchup and mascarpone tartar sauce. How amazing does that sound?

The dish can be made fully vegetarian by ditching the lemon jelly, if that's your thing.
Ben & Jerry's Flavour Guru said: "We've been calling London's Soho Scoop Shop 'home' for over a year now, so we knew we wanted to celebrate with our community the only way we know how.
"We hope our Phish & Chips experimentation - hot and cold, soft and crunchy, sweet and salty - reels in a treat that will have ice-cream lovers hooked."
