Fast Food Workers Reveal The Stuff They Think You Should Probably Avoid Ordering

They say some things are better left unknown, and that's definitely the case when it comes to fast food.

Sure, we all know it's gross and that it's made from all sorts of crap but it tastes so good that we turn a blind eye.

However, a load of fast food workers have been revealing which meals you should always avoid ordering from the restaurants they work in and, I can't lie, it's kind of put me off.

According to the Reddit thread, you should avoid ordering anything that contains eggs after breakfast time and McDonald's grilled chicken and filet o fish are left on the side for a long time. Of course, this could all be lies though.

One Subway worker claimed the "oven roasted chicken" they sold was actually "boiled in the microwave" which is kind of upsetting but no biggy, I suppose.

However, another worker advised people not to order the Footlong flatbread meatball sub but gave no explanation why, which has really stressed me out. Like are you kidding me? What's wrong with the Footlong flatbread meatball sub?! Don't leave me hanging like this.

Luckily, a spokesperson for Subway told Huffington Post: "Each of our Subs, including the Meatball Marinara, are freshly prepared in front of the customer exactly as they like and therefore may differ slightly in appearance but not in the amount of ingredients served.

"Our chicken products arrive in store pre-cooked and while the majority of customers choose to have their Sub heated by toasting, all of our products can be eaten hot or cold."

Hmmm. I just don't know what to believe anymore. Not gonna lie though, I could murder a Subway.
