It's the ultimate carb-fuelled dilemma: do you go for pasta or pizza? For those who sit firmly on the fence, pub chain Hungry Horse has gone and combined the two to create an epic Lasagne-in-a-Pizza. I can feel heart palpitations already.
As part of its new spring menu, the eatery has introduced the Italian-themed creation, which features classic beef lasagne sandwiched between two freshly baked Margherita pizzas.
And just in case you weren't satisfied with the level of starchy carbs on offer, the dish also comes with napolitana dip and a portion of fries too. Considering Hungry Horse is famed for its generous portion sizes, the Lasagne-in-a-Pizza makes for the perfect meal to enjoy with friends.
Jason Radbourn, senior food development manager at Hungry Horse, said: "We know one of the greatest dilemmas when eating out is deciding what to choose from the menu.

"So with that in mind, we've combined two of our favourite dishes to create the ultimate Italian main meal.
"We're not shy when it comes to experimenting with food innovation and always try to create a real showstopper on each of our new menus. We hope our customers are as excited as we are to try our tasty new offering."
The carby combo has been introduced to the menu alongside a series of new dishes inspired by tastes from around the world, all of which have been given a Hungry Horse spin.
Newbies include a Spicy Chicken Pizza Sandwich, as well as a Fiery Fajita Burger, which involves a cheeseburger topped with fajita spiced peppers, spicy battered chicken fingers and lashings of sour cream, mayo and guacamole.
If this sounds like a bit of you, head to one of the brand's 266 pubs across the UK where the new dishes are available (just be sure to loosen your belt buckle beforehand).

But the fun doesn't stop there. To celebrate the launch of the new spring menu, Hungry Horse nationwide will also be giving away free bottles of Desperados beer in exchange for... a lime.
All you need to do to claim your freebie is visit a participating pub between 28 February and 1 March and give your lime to a team member at the bar - although you'll want to be quick as there is only a limited number up for grabs.
Sadly, the pub exchange isn't available at any Scottish branches, although the Lasagne-in-a-Pizza and other such delights certainly are.
