KFC Is Selling 20 Hot Wings For £5.99
When it comes to chicken wings, we all know it's a case of the more the merrier. You're not going to waste your time getting those hands dirty for one or two; you need a huge plate of spicy, red-hot chicken to plant your face into.
Well, you'll be delighted to hear that KFC has slashed the price of its hot wings bucket, meaning the chain is currently selling 20 chicken wings for just £5.99.
"Grab 20 of our best Hot Wings for a full on fiery feast," the website says, explaining that the deal is only at participating restaurants and subject to availability.
The limited offer is available every day until 14 July, which gives you plenty of time to kick off your summer with a hearty dose of delicious fried chicken.
Many people spotted the deal when a KFC advert was shown during Love Island last night, with one tweeting: "I'm sorry but did all of you just see that. 20 KFC wings for £5.99."
Another said: "Can't believe it... KFC really doing 20 wings for 5.99. Thank you Love Island lmao." Imagine how excited they would be if they spotted the new secret chicken nugget burger.
Someone else wrote: "So this was literally my face just now when I saw the advert sharing the GLORIOUS news that KFC now do 20 hot wings for £5.99."
A third said: "Damn KFC is doing 20wings for £6... That information just made watching this episode worth it."
In fact, Twitter is full of people raving about the deal.
Another person tweeted: "20 wings for £5.99. KFC you've outdone yourselves."
Someone else commented: "Trying to stop eating takeaways and then see kfc now do 20 hot wings for 5.99."
And if you like your wings super spicy, don't forget that Iceland is also selling these these bad boys just in time for BBQ season.
Claiming to be the UK's spiciest supermarket wings, they're fully loaded with a kick from the world's hottest chilli, the infamous Carolina Reaper - and score over 720,000 on the Scoville Scale. To put it into context, a regular jalapeno pepper usually measures between 2,500 to 8,000 Scoville heat units.
The Red Hot Chicken Wings cost £3.00 for a 630g pack, and are 'deliciously tender'.
"BEWARE: These chicken wings are not to be taken lightly, they are seriously hot and should only be consumed under adult supervision," Iceland says.
"We would recommend having a pot of cooling yoghurt, a pint of milk, latex gloves, protective goggles and maybe even a fire extinguisher close to hand."
