Marks & Spencer Has Launched A Kilogram Jar Of Percy Pigs

If you're getting a bit sick and tired of this year, don't worry - it's not all that bad. Marks & Spencer has just launched a product that might cheer you up, a one kilogram jar of Percy Pigs.

Yes, that's 1,000 grams of sweet gummy pigs. Incredible stuff.

As you might imagine, it's going to cost more than regular Percy Pigs, coming in at £15 ($19). That's not actually that much when you think about it though.

They should be lasting you quite a long time, and they'd make a perfect present for the sweet-toothed special someone in your life.

After all, people are starting to gear up for Christmas already, even though it's only September.

Naturally, a load of people suddenly became very excited indeed when news of the jar broke in a Facebook group called 'Snack Reviews'.

The post received 390 reactions, 170 shares and 350 comments from people for whom this news comes as a welcome relief from all the negativity on show at the minute.

In fact, a lot of people - as you can imagine - simply wanted to tag other mates to spread the good news.

One person said: "Birthday present?"

The friend responded: "That's going straight in my basket."

Others have described the product as a 'gamechanger' and said things like: "Oh my God dreams do come true."

You get the drift, people are pretty happy to see such a large jar of pink sweets - and why on earth not?

Also, once you've done with the jar you can use it to store things, so you'll have a permanent reminder even once you've scranned the whole lot.

Why not buy about 10 to store literally every single perishable good you normally keep in your kitchen?
