McDonald's is offering Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich or Filet-O-Fish meals for just £1.99 - but, like most things in life, there's a catch as the offer is only available at a select few restaurants.
Those lucky enough to be able to nab the deal, will get a Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish or McChicken Sandwich, plus a side and a drink for less than two quid, instead of the usual £4.69.
You can also get six McChicken Nuggets for just 99p, instead of £3.29.
However, as previously mentioned the deals are only in place in eight restaurants: Hounslow, Wood Green, Wood Green Spouters Corner, Chatham, Birmingham Temple Row, Birmingham Stephenson Place, Stockport and Exeter.
If you're fortunate enough to be local to one of those branches, you'll need to download the app and order your meal for collection, either by picking it up inside or via the Drive-thru.
The offer runs until 18 December, so you've still got plenty to get your hands on a bargain.
Last month, McDonald's unveiled its festive offerings, which include a Double Big Mac and a Jamaican Jerk Chicken sandwich.
The Double Big Mac, which is the biggest burger the fast-food chain has ever sold in the UK, has double the amount of beef patties as your bog-standard Big Mac, plus cheese, lettuce, onions, gherkins and Big Mac sauce.
It costs £4.19 for the burger on its own or make it a meal, with a side and drink, for £5.69.
The Jamaican Jerk Chicken Sandwich consists of two pieces of crispy chicken with a spicy jerk sauce, Beechwood smoked bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, slivered onion and lettuce served in a sourdough bun - which is £4.39 on its own, or £5.69 for a meal.
Meanwhile, the festive camembert Cheese Melt Dippers have made a welcome return, with a box costing £1.79 - or else you can get a share box for £4.79.
Elsewhere on the Christmas menu, there's a Celebrations McFlurry combining super-soft McFlurry ice cream with Maltesers clusters, Galaxy chocolate drops, Caramel pieces, Mars Nuggets and Twix biscuits all topped with a milk chocolate sauce.
The full-sized version is £1.39 of you can get a mini for 99p.
And if that's not quite enough of a sugar hit for you, the Salted Caramel Latte has also made a return.
Prices in McDonald's restaurants can vary, so it's always worth checking before you buy.
