Subway is offering a 'buy one get one free' deal on Footlong Subs this weekend and all you need to do is download the app.

To get the offer, just download the app, register, pick the two Footlong Subs you fancy for collection and the cheapest one will be free.

PA

The offer runs until 1 November, so don't hang around if you want to nab yourself a bargain butty - but until it expires you can use the offer as much as you like.

Now, I'm not telling you to order two Footlong Subs for breakfast, dinner and tea tomorrow. I'm just saying that if you do, I won't be judging you.

As ever, terms and conditions apply and not all stores are participating - you can see the full list of stores not taking part in the deal here.

Alongside your BOGOF Footlongs, those of you who use a Subcard can earn themselves an easy 200 points just by downloading the app and logging in with your existing details by Sunday.

Across the weekend, you'll also receive 10 points for every quid you spend.

If apps and freebies are your thing, then you might also be pleased to learn that McDonald's is offering 50 percent off your first order via its app.

To claim the deal, you'll need to be a new user and you have to download and sign up to the app by Sunday 1 November.

Once you've done that, you've got 36 days from registering to use the offer.

To use it, open up the app, go to the 'deals' section, select the 50 percent offer and then order as normally.

There's no minimum spend on this offer, so you can get yourself an 89p burger for just 45p, or you can take full advantage and order yourself a feast - but the offer can only be used once.

Not all McDonald's restaurants are participating in the deal - you can see a full list of excluded branches here, as well as the full terms and conditions.

And if you're already an app user you won't miss out, because Maccie's is also offering £5 off every order over £15 and, unlike the one above, this deal can be used as many times as you want until it expires on Sunday.

This offer isn't available at all branches, so it's worth checking before you spend.

Happy munching, guys.
