Tesco Is Selling Huge Tubs Of Mars Celebrations For Only £2.50

Tesco is now selling whole boxes of Celebrations for just £2.50. Yes, a whole box of all of your favourites that would have set you back about £6 at Christmas is now just a fraction of that price.

This is because Tesco bought way too many of them over the festive period, and because £6 is arguably way too much for a box of chocolates that has become smaller over the years.

Well, get down there fast, because they could be about to sell out - the British public really, really like a deal.

Customers were first alerted to this huge news on the HotUKDeals website, which is actually a pretty good place to go if you want to get discounted sweeties.

The site was then full of people asking if they could find the offer in their area. The people of Birmingham, Manchester and Southend must have their cheap chocolates.

So far the only confirmed reports we've got of them is in Rutherglen and Greenock in Scotland - it looks like a lot of the other shops must have sold out already (or they are hiding them from us, the bastards).

You can even find them cheaper than £2.50 if one report is to be believed.

One Facebook user, Mitchell, wrote a post that said: "Celebrations Tubs are £1.50 at Tesco Danestone Aberdeen reduced to clear. There's thousands of tubs but most people are buying at least one haha!"

It seems as if Scotland is the place to be - either because Scots were too tight fisted to buy up the full price stock, or too health conscious to get stuck into them at Christmas time - I'll let you be the judges of that one.

If this is true. though. it's a great offer to get in on - especially when you consider what £2.50 would normally buy you in the sweet aisle anyway. Even a chocolate bar that is quite small is about a quid these days... and don't even get me started on Freddo bars.

Last month a similar shopping spree took place when Tesco shops sold Quality Street tubs off for just £1.25. They didn't last long though, as the bargain hunters swooped to get hold of them.

Celebrations boxes traditionally contain Mars, Galaxy, Twix, and Milky Way mini-bars among other favourites. Get them while you can, they won't be there forever.
