The Grand Big Mac Is Returning To McDonald's

The Grand Big Mac Is Returning To McDonald's

The Grand Big Mac is heading back to a McDonald's near you.

Yes, it's the day many of us had hoped would come, but few believed it ever would. Well, now it has - for a limited time only, the bigger Mac is making a return to the menu.

The super-sized meal will be available for just six weeks from 10 February to 23 March, and it'll set you back just £5.79 for a medium meal with a side and drink.

If you want to add a bit more bang for your buck, you can pack some bacon on to your medium meal, bringing the total to £6.19.

These are two of six new additions to the Maccies menu, joining the new Homestyle Crispy Chicken (£6.09 for a medium meal), Mozzarella Dippers (£1.89 for three dippers or £5.09 for nine dippers), McFlurry Flake (99p for mini size, or £1.39 for a regular size), and McFlurry Raspberry Flake (99p for mini size, or £1.39 for a regular size).

So you'd best be quick if you want to get your chops around this bad boy.

And if you decide to nip into a drive-thru to collect your order, you will be pleased to hear that you can now purchase special car holders for all your dips. Yes, really.

A Maccies fan shared the exciting news on her TikTok page, showing themselves using the nifty piece of kit.

The user, who goes by the handle @safwaring, shared the video with the caption: "This is a wise investment."

In the short clip, she can be seen opening her Amazon parcel with the holders inside, clipping them into the fans in her car, and setting off to her local Maccies to test them out.

Luckily they don't let her down, allowing her to dunk her chips with ease.

Since posting the video, it has been viewed millions of times, with fellow users praising her for her dedication to the drive-thru.

But some party poopers were quick to point out there could be the potential for a major mishap when out driving.

One user said: "It's all good until you go over a speed bump and that goes everywhere."

Maybe stick to using it while stationary, right?

Fortunately, a fellow TikTok user recently offered her hack for keeping your car clean while eating your Maccies.

TikTok user Mariale Marrero (@marialenopara) shared a video showing her 'drive thru hack' in action, racking up more than 318,000 views and 66,000 likes in the process.

n the clip, Mariale begins with a meal of chicken nuggets, fries and a milkshake.

But rather than tentatively placing those nugs on the dashboard or popping the shake in the footwell ready to be kicked over, there's a method lets you hold your entire feast in just one hand.

She opens up the carton of chicken nuggets and puts it on top of the milkshake, piercing the straw through the hinge of the lid.

Mariale then pours fries into the lid, meaning they straddle the straw along with the nuggets, both weighing each other down.

She shows off her meal to the camera one-handed, surrounded by a blissfully-tidy car - not a single napkin, carton or wayward chip to be seen.
