Tesco Selling Chocolate Eggs for 75p & The New Orange Smarties Easter Egg Is Here

As we emerge shivering from January it's time to look forward to the future - specifically, towards the new orange Smarties Easter eggs and the fact that Tesco is also selling Easter eggs for just 75p.

That's right, there's a new orange Smarties egg - just like the famed Terry's Chocolate Orange, but for Easter.

It's basically a huge orange chocolate egg and a load of little orange chocolate eggs, but what more do you want?

You'll also be able to get the orangey chocolatey goodness in Mini Egg format. They will only set you back a quid too, whereas the big ones have been spotted in Iceland for about £3.50 and in Tesco's for £4.

But wait - There's more! If it's orange chocolate that is your thing, you can also get orange chocolate Daim bars at places like Poundland and B&M bargains.

They are selling for about £1 (in Poundland - who'd have thought, eh?) or you can pick one up on eBay for much, much more than that, although why would you? Don't say we never do anything for you.

Well, we've got the bargain book out again to help you get another cheap deal for a holiday that is coming up in the (relatively) near future.

Easter might be eight weeks away yet (it's on 1 April, fools) but it's never too early to start preparing for the inevitable. I don't mean buy up loads of tins of corned beef and dig a hole in the garden, I mean that Tesco is selling cheap Easter eggs all of this week.

All of the £1.50 Easter eggs are going to be half price until 6 February, so get them whilst you can for just 75p.

You can get Kit Kat, Aero, Rolo and Smarties eggs for this price. The only problem is that you'll then have to hang onto them for another two months until Easter. This could be a problem if you're the kind of person that gives up stuff like chocolate for Lent.

If you miss out on the deal this week there will be chances to get your fill of discounted Easter themed chocolate from one of the other supermarkets even if Tesco's big deal is over.

Asda will be selling them from just £1 from 12 February, while Morrisons are already selling Smarties and Rolo eggs for a quid. Get stuck in.
