The whopper of a jaffa cake is made using 100g of butter, sugar and flour alongside two eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a packet of orange jelly. The whole thing is then smothered in dark chocolate and left to cool. How good does it look?

Vanessa Cassidy, who made the cake, shared her creation on Facebook page Rate My Plate where it's been a hit with fellow page members. Dozens have vowed they're going to give it a shot themselves and some have already shared photos of their own attempts.

However, if you've not got much of a sweet tooth, but still fancy whipping out the baking parchment and mixing bowl, why don't you try your hand at these homemade sausage, cheese and bean melts, made to a recipe shared by Greggs?

Chef Shares Recipe To Make Perfect McDonald's Hash Browns

Posting a clip on Facebook this week, the baking chain showed us all how to make the much-loved item while its stores are currently shut due to the coronavirus outbreak.

To tuck into your very own sausage, cheese and bean melts, you'll need some puff pastry, an egg, some cheese and a tin of beans and sausages.

Preheat your oven to 180C, cut two squares out of the pastry and egg wash around the edges.

Then you'll need to put the beans and banger mix into a bowl and mash it up before popping it into the middle of the pastry - leaving some room where the egg wash it.

Top the mix with cheese and then place the second square of pastry on top and give the whole thing an egg wash.

Whack it in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let's all bring some positivity, support and fun to anyone who might find themselves in isolation as a result of the coronavirus spread. Need some entertainment? Join Isolation Nation: https://www.facebook.com/groups/coronasupport/
