A couple surprised their unsuspecting family by introducing them to the second baby they had, after keeping the fact they had twins a secret. Watch the moment they brought their son out:
Tom and Brianne Shircliffe, from Kentucky, who already share two children, Gavin, four, and Briella Rose, three, were sitting with Tom's parents, who were cooing over their new granddaughter.

When proud dad Tom slipped out of the room, the last thing they expected was for him to return with a baby boy.
As you can see, Tom's mum was in shock, exclaiming: "That's a real baby?!"
Tom, a 38-year-old business analyst said that he always dreamed of being a dad to twins. Brinkley Hope and Ace Leo were born on 13 June.

Speaking to LADbible, Tom said: "I figured the reactions from family and friends during the big reveal of the twin secret after nine months would be priceless. The videos we would capture would be memories we could look at and cherish forever.
"When I first found out about the twins, I was in disbelief for the first few seconds. When reality set in, I was jumping and screaming for joy. I was so happy I could barely contain myself. While it was a dream of mine to always have twins, I didn't think it would actually become a reality.
"Brianne wasn't on fertility treatment, so having twins was even less likely. "

His wife, 37-year-old Brianne works as a buyer for zoos all over the country, had a few comments from family about her baby bump - but nobody suspected she was carrying two children.
Tom explained: "We just said Brianne started this pregnancy heavier than the other past pregnancies, and she was carrying more water than normal.
"Family and friends shed tears, joy, excitement, shock, happiness, and many other amazing reactions after the secret was revealed. We've had so much outreach and support from people from all over the world, and we are extremely appreciative."

And how do you go about hiding an extra human? Well, the extra lengths are quite impressive.
Tom said: "The secret was hard to keep. We would hide extra packages that were delivered to the house. We always had to speak/talk/text as if there was only one baby girl expected.
"We wore two bracelets at the hospital for twins and would edit/crop the pictures prior to sending the pictures to family/friends so they didn't see two bracelets in the picture. We weren't allowed visitors at the hospital due to Covid, so we would send pictures of our little baby Brinkley until we could see everyone at home for the visitation.
"All the girls in our house are born in the warm months, while all the boys in our house are born in the cold months. With Brianne's due date originally in July (warm month), we told everyone we of course were having a girl since it's a Summer birthday to continue the trend!

Proud dad Tom said that the family are all over-the-moon with their two new additions.
He added: "Mom and the babies are doing wonderfully. There's of course a lack of sleep from mom and dad's end, but it's worth every second."
