A bloke got so pissed off at people parking in front of his house and then going on holiday that he decided to take a special kind of revenge.

Neil Junglas, 36, from Liverpool, decided to get payback driver of a silver Skoda that has now been outside his house for two days:

He saw the pull up and two people get out with suitcases when he was cooking dinner for his daughter.

Neil told the Liverpool Echo: "They were clearly leaving their car there and just getting a taxi to the airport.

"Obviously they just wanted some free parking.

"Next door have a couple of cars as well so there isn't really room for other cars to park on the road."

Neil added that he can no longer park his own car outside of his house because of the other car.

He said: "I thought it was cheeky leaving the car there so thought I'd leave them a nice surprise for when they got back.

"I work at Costco so I went and bought a big roll of cling-film from there."

So Neil decided he should wrap the entire car using an industrial sized roll of cling-film.

Now people have been taking photos and selfies as they walk past it.

In the eyes of the law you're cool to park in front of someone's house as long as certain criteria are met.

Firstly, if a permit isn't needed and there are no restrictions, then it's probably sound to whack your car outside someone's house and walk off into town.

Secondly, if the street has a dropped kerb, doesn't have a resident's bay or doesn't block a driveway, that's an indication that you're not doing anything wrong.

Basically you just have to make sure that you're not obstructing anything, like traffic or a driveway, and that you don't have to have a permit for being there.

Police have reportedly reminded people that it's no one's right to park outside your house, unless of course there's a designated bay.
