Remember the super-skinny house that went viral after it went on sale last year? Well, it's back up for grabs if you fancy it, but it's going to cost you a bit more than it would have done last year.
The two-bedroom property in Illinois was sold last year, but is now back up for sale on Zillow, and is currently on the market for $300,000 (£215,385).

It went viral last August after a TikTok user showed off its unique architecture. At the time it was on sale for $269,000 (£206,232) - according to realtor.com it ended up selling just shy of that for $260,000 (£186,730).
The house, which is nicknamed the 'Pie House' and has one side that measures just three feet wide, became a bit of a celebrity after social media users were left perplexed by TikToker @eli.korns_ video showing off its dimensions.

A listing for the home reads: "Live in Deerfield's famous 'Pie House' which has been featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Chicago Tribune and media from around the world.
"This iconic two bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home on a corner lot is much larger than it appears with its incredibly smart design so that only the powder room and closets are in the narrow end of the home.
"Makes a fantastic condo or town home alternative (yet you don't have to share any walls with a neighbour) and has over 1600 square feet of living space including a fully finished basement with great ceiling height. With tons of natural light, this home oozes charm and character."

Inside the property looks very swish and it does appear to have a TARDIS-like affect where it seems a lot roomier on the inside than its outward appearance would suggest.

The property sits on a triangle-shaped piece of land and was built specifically for the size of the lot, hence its unusual shape.
Speaking to Today in August 2020, Alan Berlow of Coldwell Banker Realty explained how the house got its nickname: "It's shaped like a piece of pie.
"Also it's a 'slice' of history in Deerfield, an area in the famous North Shore of Chicago."
And despite how it looks, he went on to say that the property is 'more functional' than you might think.

He added: "The space and how it's distributed through the home is certainly non-traditional but it works.
"The home was built specifically for the size of the lot and it's far more functional than it looks."
