A travel blogger has shared her experiences in an incredible suite with a secret bookcase that leads to a hidden room below, but only if you look carefully enough to find it.
The room is to be found - if you know where to look - at the Bella Vista Bed & Breakfast in California, right in the middle of wine country, and must be pretty high on the list of places to visit for connoisseurs and teetotallers alike.
That's because the hidden room, which can only be entered if you find the door handle, hides a secret reading room concealed at the bottom of a staircase.
It's called the Monte Vista Suite and it has a bookcase at the end of the bed. It seems they like reading quite a bit.
Well, if you do too, perhaps you'll look inside some of the books on the third shelf, and in there you'll find a golden door handle that will allow you to enter the secret portion of the room.
The whole bookcase hinges once the handle is added and reveals the steps that lead down to the secret reading room.
There you'll find another floor to ceiling bookcase, a lovely comfy chair to sit down in whilst you read, and a large window overlooking the idyllic scenery that surrounds the property.
The rates on the room start at just more than £200 per night, and the suite is described thusly: "The décor is '100 years of Hollywood' with black & white photos of the stars. Bedroom is decorated in a different movie theme.
"If you are clever enough, you will find a secret room somewhere in your suite."
Well, we've saved you the trouble of finding out where it is. There's no need to be clever.
It was first shared by travel blogger Zanna van Dijk on TikTok, who shared a video with the caption: "My hotel has the coolest room hidden behind a bookcase."
Naturally, it's been a big hit with those who love to read, and even with those who don't. One person commented: "Put a couch, blankets, some candles and I am gone. Living the rest of my life as a blanket human burrito surrounded by books... Ngl sounds like heaven."
Another said: "That's Alice in Wonderland meets The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe."
A third, this time over on Reddit, commented: "Perfect place to hide for the apocalypse. I'd spend months just reading there!"
Stick around, you might just get that chance.
