Fancy jetting off to your own private island this summer? Well, if you can pull together 25 mates you could do just that and for only £55 ($68) per person per night. Nice, eh?

The Enclave is situated near Placencia, Belize, and is pretty much exactly how you'd want your sun-soaked tropical island to look - sandy beaches, turquoise waters and luxury accommodation with its own swimming pool, if you fancy a change from paddling in the sea.

The stunning island is ideal for groups of between 12 and 26.

The island is listed on for between £10,000 and £22,000 ($12,500 to $27,000) per week and is only available for single group bookings, meaning you'll have the whole place to yourselves.

Imagine the parties you could have here?

The listing reads: "The Enclave is a brand new exclusive private island resort renting to just one group at a time.

"Ideal for groups of 12-26, The Enclave offers full resort service and is just minutes to tourist friendly Placencia, Belize.

If you can pull together 25 mates, you could stay here for as little as £55 each per night for a whole week.

"The island comes with an experienced, highly trained personal staff to cater to your needs. Only your group and the on-site staff (who have separate detached housing) will be on the island during your stay.

"This uniquely designed compound home includes seven private suites specifically laid out to take in the amazing sea and mountain views and the cool breeze right off the Placencia Village in Southern Belize."

The island accommodation boasts seven bedrooms, with a variety of king, queen and single beds, and can sleep up to 28 people, including kids. There are eight bathrooms, so you won't have to get your elbows out every morning to grab a shower.

According to the ad listing, it's ideal for 'diving, fishing, eco-trips, families, weddings and team building'.

The island has luxury accommodation and stunning views.

Belize is in Central America and has Caribbean Sea shorelines to the east and jungles to the west. The Belize Barrier Reef is home to a number of small islands called cayes and has plenty of marine life, if that's your kind of thing.

The country's jungles are peppered with Mayan ruins. Lagoon-side there's Mesoamerican archeological site Lamanai, as well as the remains of ancient Mayan city Altun Ha, just outside Belize City. They might be worth a visit if you get bored of lounging around your stunning private island after a week.
