Now that Halloween is finally over, everyone is gearing up for Christmas.

While early November might be early for some, you'll no doubt have relatives and loved ones hinting at what they would like under the tree, festive songs will start playing in shopping centres and the annual rise of Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' will be music or nails on a chalkboard to peoples' ears.

Loads of people like to count down the days to December 25 with an advent calendar and there are genuinely loads to choose from.

But one that will certainly keep you cool during the Australian summer is Aldi Australia's beer calendar.

The hefty case will go on sale on November 11 and will feature 24 beers from around the world.

The low-cost supermarket wrote on its Special Buys website: "Countdown to Christmas with the ALDI Christmas Beer Advent Calendar. It's the perfect gift for that special someone who loves beer."

If you love the idea of opening each day with excitement about what you might get then stop reading now.

Aldi has been kind enough to reveal which beers will be included in the festive case.

Drinkers will receive one of the following: Corona, Peroni Red, Birra Moretti, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Two Suns, Amstel Beer, Tsingtao, Stella Artois, Krombacher Pils, Grolsch Lager, Pilsner Urquell, Tuborg, Asahi Super Dry, Heineken, Carlsberg, Singha, Tiger Crystal Beer, Kronenbourg, Bintang, San Miguel, Krombacher Weizen, Coors, Menabrea, Kirin Megumi.

Not a bad haul to unveil over the festive period.

If you still want to be surprised you can relax in the idea that you won't know what beer you'll get each day. So that's kind of fun.

The cases of beer will be available in New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT and Western Australia, however won't be able to be purchased in Queensland or South Australia because of 'liquor licensing limitations'.

The advent calendar costs $64.99. There will also be a 12 days of 'craftmas' pack for $39.99, a 12-pack gin pack for $59.99 and a 12-pack gin liqueur for $49.99.
