All NAB Branches In Australia Have Closed Due To 'Physical Security Threat'

All NAB branches around Australia have been forced to close due to a security threat.

Police have instructed managers to shut up shop for the day however haven't mentioned what the threat is.

The bank has said in a statement: "Unfortunately we have had to close our branches temporarily due to a physical security threat.

"As always the safety and security of our customers and colleagues is our priority. We are working closely with police and will provide an update as soon as we can.

"Digital banking services including Internet and Mobile Banking and telephone banking are available."
