Bindi Irwin is taking a break from social media after claiming her grandfather Bob has never been nice to her.
The animal activist and new mum has been regularly updating her followers with pictures of her daughter Grace and her work at Australia Zoo. However, she needs to pull back for now.
She wrote on Instagram: "I'm taking a break from social media and most of my work in the public eye for a month to be with my beautiful daughter and my wonderful family.

"I feel tremendously grateful to share our life and conservation work with you but I need some time to focus on the happiness that is my family (both human and animal)."
It comes after she used Father's Day to honour the father figures in her life and made a not-so-subtle dig at her grandad.
While it would come as no surprise that the wildlife warrior would mention her legendary dad Steve as the US and UK celebrate Father's Day, many were shocked when she opened up on the croc hunter's dad.

She didn't mention him by name in the post on social media and when a fan asked why she had this to say.
"Unfortunately my grandfather Bob has shown no interest in spending time with me or my family," she wrote, according to 7News.
"He has returned gifts I've sent him after he opened them, he has ignored my correspondence and from the time I was a little girl he has ignored me, preferring to spend time doing anything else rather than being with me.
"He has never said a single kind word to me personally. It breaks my heart but it is not healthy to engage in an abusive relationship," she alleged.

"I hope everyone remembers to be kind to one another but most of all care for your own mental health. I have struggled with this relationship my entire life and it brings me enormous pain."
Bindi's husband, Chandler Powell, supported her following the comments in a separate social media post.
While it would have been his first time celebrating Father's Day as a dad, he chose to honour his wife.

"You inspire me with your unwavering kindness and your ability to stand up for what is right," he wrote on Instagram.
"You are the strongest and most beautiful person inside and out. Grace has an amazing mama to look up to."
