Cats Hilariously Recreate Scene From The Lion King

The black cat had absolutely no chill and let its ginger housemate suffer.

Two cats have perfectly recreated the scene from The Lion King where Scar kills Mufasa.

Mariah Garrett watched in awe as two of her cats managed to climb onto an upturned mattress resting against the wall of her home.

The ginger tabby went a little too far and precariously ended up hanging from the edge.

The black feline exuded literally every fibre of being a cat and deviously watched on as its housemate struggled to hold on.

Just when you think the cat with the higher ground will come in to help their comrade, it hilariously swiped at the ginger one's paw, sending it tumbling off the edge.

The scaredy cat managed to cling on for dear life, but not before the black tabby dealt one more final blow.

Mariah filmed the whole encounter and posted it on her TikTok account, where it's managed to rack up more than 2.1 million views and half a million likes.

But it wouldn't be complete without a bit of Disney magic.

Ms Garrett dubbed the video with the audio from The Lion King where Scar literally does the exact same thing with Mufasa.

It's so eerily similar to the iconic film and Mariah even managed to slow the video down so that the audio matched up perfectly.

People on TikTok were absolutely loving it, with one person saying: "OMG THEY'RE LITERALLY THE SAME COLOUR."

Another added: "So, where are their two Oscars? Just saying."

A third wrote: "Most underrated actors of this generation."

Mariah explained how she was taking her bed frame apart and had accidentally created the perfect environment for the cats to play around.

But little did she know her black cat would be so savage to the ginger one when it needed help the most.
