Tucking into a meat pie is one of those culinary delights that Aussies around the country cherish.
While there is a tendency for the inside filing to absolutely eviscerate your mouth, it's incredible when you get it just right.
But if you ever struggled with getting the correct amount of sauce on the top then Coles has you covered.

The supermarket giant has unveiled a new brand of meat pies that have tomato sauce on the inside.
They'll only set you back $5 for a pack of two and you can also buy single pies for just $2.50 each.
When you're tackling a meat pie, you can sometimes add sauce to the top to balance out the heat steaming from the boiling hot meat.

If you've got the sauce bubbling under the surface then you could be about to bite into a molten hot mixture that will leave you unable to taste anything for days.
People have been debating the new product on social media, with some living for the idea and others finding it gross.
One person, who has already been lucky enough to tuck into one of these bad boys, has written on Facebook: "Freakin awesome sauce is tangy unique not just your average pie crusty tasty."
Another added: "Half the fun is burning your fingers trying to get the lid off to put the sauce in, no thanks."

A third said: "For those days when you can't be stuffed getting the sauce out of the same fridge as the pie."
You can always just whack some cold sauce on top of the Coles branded meat pie to ensure the temperature isn't too rough.
