Music festivals...remember them? Those fun-filled days or weekends that would be all about listening to bangers, camping and making memories for life.
They seem like a distant memory thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, however they are slowly coming back to reality.
A new shindig has been set up for Australians and the location is absolutely heavenly.
Dream Machine Music Festival is a three day music festival that has brilliant Aussie acts and will be situated on the Whitsundays.
The event has been dreamed up by the same people who have put on Wine Machine and Snow Machine and it will take place in October.
You can expect the likes of Flight Facilities and Hayden James to be headlining, and they will be joined by Touch Sensitive, CC:Disco!, Set Mo, Yolanda Be Cool, The Jungle Giants, Confidence Man and Cosmo's Midnight. The full line-up can be found below.
When you're not jamming out to those absolute legends, you can go kayaking, paddle boarding and jet skiing on the tropical island paradise.
Nestled between Daydream Island, Paradise Cove and a surprise location, Dream Machine sounds like it will make you forget all about Covid-19.
If you want to stay on land, there are packages starting from $2,099 per person, which will allow you to stay for five days and four nights and let you soak up all the stuff that isn't related to music.
You'll get a daily buffet breakfast, return airport transfers, access to the three-day festival as well as all the fun activities.
Alternatively, you can say on an air conditioned yacht for $1,899, which will get you daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and activities like banana boating, inflatable slides, and stand-up paddle boarding.
The festival will run from Wednesday October 6 to Sunday October 10.
Full festival lineup is as follows.
Tickets for the festival have gone live today and you can find out more information here.
