Guzman y Gomez is beloved across Australia for its delicious burritos and tacos.

The guacamole, chips, rice, and everything else is just as succulent and they have cemented their spot as one of the premium Mexican joints in the country.

But they've just switched up the game to provide something just as mouth watering.

GYG will be offering Churro Toast on its menu from this week and it will only set you back $6.50 most places, $7.50 at branches in Bakewell, Haynes & Carousel.

The incredible addition consists of fresh bread cooked with an egg like French Toast, before it's coated with cinnamon sugar and served with GYG's Dulce De Leche sauce. You can have it on the side or drizzled all over the top.

GYG Founder and CEO Steven Marks said: "Since launching breakfast in 2018, GYG's Café Hola Breakfast restaurants are really starting to explode. Our growing breakfast menu is putting GYG on the map and we're not stopping!

"We put Churro Toast into a couple of restaurants as a trial and sales exploded, it's just that good. Imagine fresh French toast sprinkled with our cinnamon sugar and topped with Dulce De Leche sauce that tastes as good as it looks.

"The feedback we've received from guests has been mind blowing!

"The Churros Toast is truly another uniquely GYG addition to our growing breakfast menu which already includes $2 barista made coffee made with 100% arabica beans, bacon, egg & hash brown brekkie burritos, chicken chorizo, egg & hash brown brekkie burritos, avo or guac on toast and brekkie bowls."

It will be served seven days a week from 7am to 10:30am. It's available in every restaurant as well as in drive-thru and delivery.

Get amongst it.
