Hell hath no fury like a mother scorned, and Kim Kardashian proved just that when she went to town on haters who dared to question the artistic ability of her firstborn daughter, North West.

"My little artist North," she captioned the suspiciously impressive artwork allegedly created by the 7-year-old.

Of course, people on social media were quick to leave a slew of savage comments accusing Kim of lying about North's artistic prowess.

The image was even posted to the Twitter account Didn't Happen of the Year Awards.

While Kim usually chooses to ignore the opinions of lowly peasants, it seems that people coming for her kid's artwork really struck a nerve and she came out swinging against the naysayers.

"DON'T PLAY WITH ME WHEN IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN!!!" the Skims founder said in her Instagram story.

"My daughter and her best friend have been taking a serious oil painting class where their talents and creativity are being encouraged and nurtured."

"North worked incredibly hard on her painting, which took several weeks to complete," she continued.

"As a proud mum, I wanted to share her work with everyone. I'm seeing op-ed pieces in the media and social media from grown adults breaking down whether or not my child actually painted this," she continued.

"How dare you see children doing awesome things and then try to accuse them of NOT being awesome!?!?!"

She concluded, "NORTH WEST PAINTED THAT PERDIOTDDDABCDEFGZFDT!!!!"

Kim wasn't the only one to come to North's defence. Tracey Romulus, whose daughter Ryan is apparently doing art classes with North, also took to social media to defend the girls.

"Both girls are in art class together and learning oil painting techniques from an instructor," she told followers.

"They spend weeks at a time on a single painting and are incredibly proud of themselves once they complete a project."

She added that the art class sees the girls follow a curriculum, but 'the works are original, starting from a blank canvas and each child's interpretation.'

Since the drama unfolded, one TikTok user has come out saying that her mother is, in fact, North and Ryan's art teacher.

Seemingly confirming that North's painting is legit, she added that the pair started attending her mum's Westlake Village studio a few weeks back.

"My mum taught me how to paint this and she taught North how to paint the same one, just two weeks ago," Camryn Frederickson explained.

"She's been an art teacher for 30 years and everyone who comes to her classes starts with the exact same painting when they're starting out."

That's the end of that mystery, I guess.
