Krispy Kreme is giving away 100,000 free doughnuts today (June 4) to celebrate National Doughnut Day.
This is one of the best days of the year because you're allowed to tuck into as many doughnuts as your wallet, stomach or blood sugar permits.
While there are so many reasons to soak up the day, Krispy Kreme is giving you an extra one.

The doughnut kings will be flogging thousands of their iconic Original Glazed bois all around the country for absolutely nothing.
Technically, there's no such thing as a free meal and you are required to do some tiny lifting in exchange for the sugary rush of a doughnut: you just have to walk into any participating store and hope to the heavens above they have stock available.
That's it. See, we tricked you into thinking this was hard.

Retail Director at Krispy Kreme Australia, Nicola Steele, said: "National Doughnut Day is our absolute favourite day of the year - we love sharing the joy of our famous Original Glazed doughnuts and relish the chance to put a smile on our customers' faces."
Krispy Kreme knows they will be absolutely swamped today and have been preparing to glaze a whopping 2,000 doughnuts an hour. That's 33 doughnuts a minute.
But it's sad news for Victorians who are in lockdown as they won't be permitted to participate in the celebrations. The lockdown only allows you to leave your home for five reasons and buying a doughnut isn't on that short list.
Fear not Victorians, you will still have your day.

A statement from the company says: "Given the current lockdown restrictions in Melbourne, there will be a delay in celebrating National Doughnut Day in Victoria, to ensure Krispy Kreme is adhering to local government advice."
If you want to find your deliciously free Original Glazed doughnut, you just have to go to any Krispy Kreme store in NSW, Western Australia and Queensland, excluding 7-Eleven, BP, Woolworths and Jesters.
