The Bachelor Australia star Sam Frost has got herself into quite the pickle over the weekend.

The social media star turned actor revealed to her followers that she isn't vaccinated against the coronavirus yet, despite being eligible.

In a since deleted video, Frost explained how difficult it was to discuss her non-vaccination status with her followers.

Not only was she called out for not getting the Covid-19 jab, but also for the language she used in the video; namely the word 'segregation'.

Frost explained how she believes that non-vaccinated Aussies are being made to feel like they were less than human.

"I was really hesitant about doing a video or even speaking up about this sort of thing, but I feel like it's getting to a point now in the world where there's a lot of segregation, a lot of harsh judgment, and its taking its toll on my mental health," she said in her video.

"There are a lot of different reasons people aren't getting vaccinated - and it might be because of their medical history, the concerns they might have, they might have family history, it might be religious reasons, whatever.

"I want to tell those people that feel like they're getting separated from society - well, I'm not vaccinated, and there's a reason why I'm not, I've spoken to my doctor and my psychologist about it, and I'm going to keep it private.

"It's a really hard time to be in society right now, you feel like you are less of a human and you feel like people judge you, and you're too scared to talk about your opinion or your feelings, and part of you wants to go, 'Well, it's none of your damn business why I'm not [vaccinated].'"

Well unsurprisingly, that din't gel well with a lot of her followers and she's since deleted her Instagram account as a result of the backlash.

She has copped criticism from people all across the country, however fellow Bachelor alum Sam Agnew has been the standout.

He methodically and accurately debunked every bit of misinformation or careless phrasing to explain the vaccination setup we have in Australia.

Agnew wrote: "Sam Frost has opened up with a lengthy monologue about being unvaccinated.

"At it's [sic] simplest, it's a dog whistle. I don't want to add to the pile on. What I do want to do is just discuss and challenge a few of the points that were put forward."

He explains that there aren't loads of reasons why people aren't getting the vaccine because the only one is medical (which he admits is broad).

Agnew added that 'segregation', which will only apply in New South Wales until December 1, 'is inappropriate considering the historical significance of the word'.

He finished it off with: "Misinformation is a hugely problematic issue, and the unregulated proliferation of information through people with large social media followings is a large contributor to that."
