McDonald's Has Launched A Fairy Bread McFlurry In Australia

There are few things more Australian than fairy bread.

McDonald's has realised this simple fact and has combined the delicious treat that was present at most birthday parties with one of their most iconic offerings.

The Australian wing of the fast food empire has unveiled a goddamn Birthday McFlurry.

Because Macca's is celebrating its 50th birthday this year, they thought they would tuck into some Aussie culture to mark the epic occasion.

We will get to feast on this delectable for a limited time only and it includes pieces of Custard Pie, a healthy drizzling of caramel sauce and some 100's and 1,000's.

Amanda Nakad from the McDonald's marketing team said: "Our new McFlurry flavour was inspired by iconic Aussie birthday party favourites including birthday cake and fairy bread.

"We will also be reintroducing a much-loved and highly requested crowd favourite, the Custard Pie, giving Aussies even more reason to celebrate our 50-year milestone."

You'll be able to tuck into this epic treat from tomorrow (June 30) on Uber Eats for just one week only. Then, they'll be available in restaurants around the country from July 7.

It's all for the big 50th birthday celebrations and once they're over, you can bid farewell to this bad boy.
