America's Vice President says he won't invoke the 25th Amendment to get rid of Donald Trump.

Since the Capitol riots, many have asked Mike Pence to pull the pin on Trump's time as President, even though he only has a few days left in the White House.

The article in the Constitution allows for the removal of the sitting President if they are deemed 'unfit' to continue in their role.

Mike Pence has issued a statement to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, saying: With just eight days left in the President's term, you and the Democratic Caucus are demanding that the Cabinet and I invoke the 25th Amendment.

"I do not believe that such a course of action is in the best interest of our nation or consistent with our Constitution."
