A Perth couple have stood their ground against a woman they allege fired off a tirade of racist remarks at them while at a doctor's visit.

Jay Shin and his wife were casually siting in the waiting room of a Canning Vale radiology clinic ahead of getting a scan for their baby.

They say the woman across from them then unleashed her 'rampage' of verbal abuse .

He whipped out his phone to record the woman's outburst after she allegedly called them 'g**ks and nips' and told the young couple to 'go back to your own country'.

Jay quipped back with: "Don't tell me to get out of my own country... You just told me to get out of my own country, go back to where I come from. I was born here mate."

They weren't able to capture anymore racist remarks, however the film did get the moment she was asked to leave the GP practice. As she was being led out, she was heard yelling 'piss off back to China'.

Mr Shin uploaded the encounter to TikTok, where it has gone viral around Australia, and gathered nearly 250,000 views.

He provided some context to the situation at the end of the video, saying: "I'm a third generation Korean/Australian. Born and bred Aussie.

"You're worthless. I hope you see this you racist. Good luck to you living in a country that won't accept your nonsense."

In the clip, Jay says the woman was not only kicked out of the clinic, but she was also banned from attending any of their seven practices or seeing her regular GP. The clinic has declined to comment on the matter.

Speaking to news.com.au, Mr Shin hopes the video is a wake-up call to the rest of Australia and highlights how people endure racist attacks all the time.

"I don't want racism (like this) to ever happen again," he said. "These racial attacks, I wouldn't say they're very common. It's not a very common thing.

"But it's still there, even if it's not a very common thing."
