A man in the US has successfully sued his parents for throwing away his coveted collection of porn magazines and sex toys.
David Werking, 42, had what he believed to be more than $25,000 (£18,500) worth of adult materials at his parents' Michigan home, reports the Detroit Free Press.
He moved back in with mum Beth and dad Paul after he got divorced, however moved to Indiana when was asked to leave their home at the 'request of local law enforcement'.

His parents specified that he wouldn't be allowed to return if he brought his pornography, otherwise it would be destroyed.
According to local reports, emails between David and his father recorded an itemised list of the contents of 12 moving boxes which were 'full of pornography plus two boxes of sex toys'.
These included 1,605 DVDs and VHS tapes.

His father reportedly told him in an email: "Frankly, David, I did you a big favour getting rid of all this stuff."
But David wasn't happy and decided to take his parents to court after suing them for destroying his property.
US District Judge Paul Maloney ended up siding with David in this case.
Judge Maloney said in handing down his verdict: "Getting to the heart of the coconut now, the legal issue before the court is whether Paul and Beth converted David's pornography 'to their own use'.

"As early as 1874, Michigan courts have recognised that conversion to one's 'own use' was broad and could include destruction due to the converter's 'belief in [the destroyed item's] deleterious effects.'"
"In this case, there is no question that the destroyed property was David's property.
"Defendants repeatedly admitted that they destroyed the property, and they do not dispute that they destroyed the property.
"Therefore, the Court finds that there is no genuine dispute of material fact on David's statutory conversion claim."

The 42-year-old is seeking a huge amount in damages, however a court now has to work out what the amount should be as it's hard to put an official price tag on so much porn and sex toys.
David's lawyer, Miles Greengard said: "We have asked the Court for treble damages, which we believe are warranted given the wanton destruction of the property.
"This was a collection of often irreplaceable items and property."
Both parties will have until February to make submissions on how much is owed.
