The original Wiggles lineup are reuniting for an adults-only tour of Australia.

Greg Page, Murray Cook, and Jeff Fatt are throwing on the skivvies again and will join Anthony Field to performing their best hits in venues across the country.

The band made the announcement on Channel 7's Sunrise this morning (October 19) off the back of Emma Watkins revealed she was leaving the band to pursue other interests.

Greg Page said they won't be switching up the lyrics for the adult audience and will stay true to their iconic tracks like 'Big Red Car' and 'Hot Potato'.

They joked the performances might wrap up a little earlier than traditional over-18s events because the OG band members are a little older now.

The last time the band did this, OG Yellow Wiggle Greg, suffered a cardiac arrest on stage in front of everyone.

Page, Field, Cook and Fatt came together last year to raise money for the bushfire appeal, however Greg collapsed towards the end of the gig.

Greg credited his initial survival to an off-duty nurse who was in the crowd at Castle Hill RSL.

Grace Jones told a security guard that she could give him some medical assistance and was subsequently allowed backstage.

Staff had already started doing CPR on the Yellow Wiggle, but once Grace arrived, she was able to help out.

The nurse, who worked at Royal North Shore Hospital, told reporters: "I've been trained to do that and I kind of flicked a switch. I went in and I just used all the knowledge that helped him, and saved him.

"I didn't go to the concert expecting to do that so it all feels a bit surreal. I do stuff like that every day at work - I have never had to do it without equipment."

She asked for a defibrillator and was able to shock his heart back into a normal rhythm.

Grace sayid she worked on Greg for a whopping 20 minutes before paramedics eventually arrived and took Greg to hospital.
