With Australia Day just around the corner, locals are gearing up to celebrate with beers, barbies, and all sorts of delicious food.

Now, one culinary craftsperson has fused two things we Aussies can't get enough of - fairy bread and pavlova.

To put together this decadent creation for your Australia Day celebration, you'll need a Coles Madeira cake, egg whites, caster sugar, vanilla essence, hundreds and thousands, icing sugar mixture, white chocolate melts, cream, pink food colouring and freeze-dried strawberries.

Even pizza giants Domino's are getting in on the festivities, with the news that they'll be limited edition Sausage Sizzle Pizza that is sure to be a staple among backyard BBQs this Australia Day.

The drool-worthy looking pizza features a slew of quintessential Australian food favourites, including tasty BBQ beef sausage, grilled onion and stretchy mozzarella on a classic pizza base, topped with none other than the Aussie combo of tomato sauce and mustard.

The pizza is an ode to the classic Australian sausage sizzle and looks to be the perfect choice for that post-Australia Day hangover.

Domino's Australia and New Zealand CEO Nick Knight said the new pizza had all the benefits of a backyard summer BBQ - delivered.
