Distraught Woman Calls Police After Missing Out On McDonald's Breakfast

Distraught Woman Calls Police After Missing Out On McDonald's Breakfast

Missing out on a McDonald's breakfast is never a good thing. It's why the fast food restaurant extended the brekkie hours to all day in Australia and the US.

But one woman in the UK was so distraught that she narrowly missed getting her hotcakes or brekkie wrap at the Drive Thru that she called the goddamn cops.

There was a seriously long queue at the Macca's in question in Mid Sussex, but the driver was determined to get her breakfast.

When she eventually arrived to order, the worker told her that she had missed the 11am cut off.

Most of us would have just gone home or ordered something else, but the female driver called emergency services instead.

Unsurprisingly, the police were less than impressed.

Woman Calls The Police Because She Missed Out On McDonald's Breakfast

"The lady was given words of advice about ringing the police."

One person responding to the police officer asked whether she received a 'frying' for the unnecessary call.

However, there were some who totally understood the woman's state of mind.

Another user said: "To be fair, I had a sausage and egg piece of heaven this morning and I would have been well narked if I'd missed it. We also got there at 10.20 and there was no queue."

Thankfully the woman wasn't given an actual punishment, however she might want to think twice the next time she wants to call 999.
