We may not have even waved this dumpster fire of a year goodbye just yet, but it looks like Woolworths is already preparing for Easter.
They've announced the arrival of their hot cross buns - in all new flavours.
With the tasty treats set to arrive in store tomorrow (December 30), customers will be spoiled for choice, with delicious new flavours including the Indulgent Apple and Cinnamon, made with 100 per cent Australian sourced Pink Lady apples.

For the mocha-holics out there, there's an Indulgent Mocha with Cadbury Old Gold Dark Chocolate Chips.
The Aussie Pink Lady farmer is supplying the apples for the Apple & Cinnamon hot cross buns. They're a third generation farmer from Moorooduc, Victoria where the southern climate helps make their Pink Ladies 'extra delicious and sweet'.
These new varieties are being launched with a revamped Free From gluten range, brioche buns - and even a hot cross bun loaf.

The arrival of the hot cross buns are likely to divide social media users yet again, who are often quick to point out how early the Easter staples hit stores each year.
Woolworths Director of Buying, Paul Harker, said: "After a tough year, the introduction of our new hot cross bun range is perfectly timed to help customers ring in the New Year, and starts the countdown to 2021 Easter celebrations.

"We've created a range that meets the varied tastes of our customers. Combining the best ingredients, including locally sourced Pink Lady apples and the nostalgic flavour of much-loved Cadbury's Old Gold, our hot cross buns are also bringing something new to the table."
Woolworths is expecting to sell more than 77 million hot cross buns over the Easter period.
