A man has been arrested over the shooting of rapper XXXTentacion.
Dedrick D. Williams, 22, was hauled into custody by cops following the rapper's death. He is now reportedly facing charges of first-degree murder, driving without a valid licence and a probation violation for theft of a car.
A police spokesperson told LADbible: "Broward Sheriff's Office homicide detectives arrested Dedrick Devonshay Williams, of Pompano Beach, for the murder of Jahseh Onfroy, also known as XXXTentacion.

"Williams (DOB 3/23/96) was taken into custody shortly before 7 p.m. in Pompano Beach."
XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Onfroy, died as he was leaving a motorsports dealership in Florida when two men shot at him.
According to early reports, the killing was an attempted robbery that went horribly wrong.
Keyla Concepción, Broward County sheriff department public information officer, confirmed cops were looking for two men in relationship to the shooting.

Following his death, tributes poured in from fans and those within the industry. Diplo shared a post on Instagram, in which he wrote: "This kid was a genius. True artist. He made his own rules. He has his faults but he was young and he worked so hard on his own self. He wanted to be better. He loves everyone so much. He lived for every kid out here. He had the biggest imagination.
"He texted me this weekend it was one of his goals to get me & Skrillex to finish his next album. I Invited him to LA this week. I was wondering if he was gonna come.
"He used every second of his life to create. He repped Florida to his core. I love this kid. He was gonna do so much more he promised me."
