Singing sensation Lizzo has encouraged people heading to FOMO Festival to help out with the bushfire crisis.

There is a seemingly endless supply of fundraisers popping up every hour but for people attending the FOMO Festival, which is touring around Australia, donating money couldn't be easier.

If you head to the bar, you'll be asked if you want to add on $1 to your order, which will go to the firefighting service of the state the festival is in.

The festival will be going through Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Auckland and features the likes of the amazing Lizzo as well as Jax Jones, Kaytranda, Brockhampton and Madeon.

Lizzo recently revealed that the trolls on social media has caused her to leave Twitter.

During an Instagram live video, the 'Truth Hurts' singer told her fans: "I just want to say that I, you know, I just took a DNA test and it turns out I quit Twitter. I quit Twitter. I'm off it. All social media is not created equal.

"I would love to be on Twitter 'cause I could connect with you people who positively support me... not to mention spreading my own positive messages.

"But now I've gotten to a point where I'm not just dealing with Internet bullies, I'm dealing with seeing a lot of negativity on the Internet dealing with everyone."

"When I see how, not just insensitive, but hateful and hurtful we are towards each other-when I just log on every day and see something devastating and something tragic every single day. Even from my well of positivity, I feel it and it doesn't feel good."

Last year it was announced that Lizzo was TIME Magazine's Entertainer of the Year, citing her powerfully positive messages and absolute anthems that she produced.
