This is giving us massive 90s nostalgia.

If you grew up in Australia during the '80s and '90s, you will have definitely heard of The Offspring and Sum 41.

Even if they weren't your vibe, it would have been difficult to have never heard 'Pretty Fly' at a party or on the radio. In the same way, you will have 100 percent head banged to 'In Too Deep' at least once or twice.

If you have, then you will be very pleased to know that these two legendary bands will be heading to Australia for a joint Greatest Hits tour.

You'll be getting to see two bands perform full one-hour sets back to back, meaning you're basically getting two for the price of one.

They'll be hitting the following cities in April:

  • Sunday 19 April - HBF Stadium, Perth
  • Tuesday 21 April - Entertainment Centre Theatre, Adelaide
  • Thursday 23 April - Margaret Court Arena, Melbourne
  • Friday 24 April - Hordern Pavilion, Sydney
  • Saturday 25 April - Riverstage, Brisbane
  • Tuesday 28 April - Spark Arena, Auckland

Tickets will be released on 3 February to the general public, however presale will begin this Friday at 9am.

The Offspring hit peak mainstream success in the mid-90s with the release of Smash, which not only performed amazingly in their home country of America, but also in Australia.

When the album dropped, it launched to the number one spot on the ARIA charts list and stayed there for three weeks.

The band did it again in 1999 with the release of the stuff that everyone knows them for: Americana.

That album contained the bangers like 'Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)', 'Why Don't You Get a Job?' and 'The Kids Aren't Alright'. In addition to hitting the number one spot in Australia (again), Americana, reached the same peak in nine countries, including Japan, Norway and the United Kingdom.

During Sum 41's peak success period, the band was touring hundreds of times a year. They've been nominated for a bunch of awards over their glittering career and walked away with several gongs in the process.

Last year they announced they were releasing new music, dropping their seventh studio album Order in Decline, in July.
