At least 19 people are dead and 45 injured after a knifeman went on the rampage at a centre for disabled people in Japan, the Mirror has reported.
Four
of those injured are thought to be in a serious condition.

attack took place in the Japanese city of Sagamihara, west of Tokyo,
with locals spotting the assailant holding a weapon in the grounds of
the Tsukui Yamayuri Garden.
The
building is reported to include facilities for disabled people.
Police
say they have arrested a 26-year-old man, who was formerly a member of staff at
the facility, after he turned himself in.
Emergency
services arrived on the scene just after 2.30am local time, following
a call made by staff at the centre. Armed
police encircled the grounds and arrested the 26-year-old on
suspicion of murder.
