Alex Jones appears to have taken Ivermectin on air during a bizarre rant about Covid-19, during which he also defended Joe Rogan and called Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates 'murderers'. I know, it's a lot to take in.
Earlier this week, podcaster and MMA commentator Rogan revealed he had tested positive for Covid, and that he'd been taking a number of medicines to help counter the symptoms - including Ivermectin, a horse deworming drug.
According to the BBC, Ivermectin is approved for use on humans in small doses, but not as a treatment for Covid, as some people wrongly believe.

Doctors have been urging people not to take the drug as treatment for the virus, with Dr Jason McElyea telling the outlet: "You've got to have a prescription for this medication for a reason - because it can be dangerous."
But conspiracy theorist Alex Jones clearly thinks he knows more than his nation's professionally qualified medics, having apparently taken Ivermectin live on air in an attempt to dispel what he believes is a myth.
As he removed the pill from its packet from behind his desk on InfoWars, Jones launched into a bizarre rant, yelling: "See this? See this, Fauci? You see this, Bill Gates? I'm going to kill those prions, you b****** murderers, you're going to hit me with a bioweapon? You monster.

"You wanna suppress me, you wanna kill me? You son of a b****. You God d*** demon. You think I'm easy to kill? You think I'm gonna roll over to your c**p?"
Appearing to swallow the pill, he continued: "No. And Joe Rogan kicked your murdering a** too, you'd love to bury him too, you little monster maggot."
Some people have claimed Jones never actually ended up consuming the Ivermectin, with one tweeting: "I've froze this frame-by-frame like the Zapruder film, and I think I'm seeing sleight of hand."

Another person said: "His left hand dumped it behind him, he's so full of s*** everything he says is a show."
A third added: "He drops it at :47 - nothing in his hand when he closes the box ... so, pretending to take it is just that - pretend."
Last week, Fauci warned against taking Ivermectin to treat or prevent Covid-19, saying there was no clinical evidence to indicate that it works.

Speaking to CNN, he said: "Don't do it.
"There's no evidence whatsoever that that works and it could potentially have toxicity."
The Food and Drug Administration has issued the same warning, not only advising against the version used for animals, but also against using the human tablets to try and treat Covid.
