‘Black John Cena’ Is Trending Because Of UK Fitness Coach

A fitness coach from Brighton happens to be the spitting image of WWE wrestler John Cena and the internet is loving it.

The lookalike, Brendan Cobbina, innocently tweeted a photo of himself a couple days ago and it quickly went viral.

The post racked up over 50,000 likes and over 7,000 retweets with plenty of responses in the comments section.

One user wrote: "Same haircut, pose, smile and everything. The only difference is black Cena has bigger arms. I'm convinced this is Cena's long-lost brother."

Cena's character in the WWE is well known for taunting his opponents by saying 'you can't see me' and social media, in typical fashion, take the saying literally with loads of memes floating around the internet.

Hence why a second user replied: "Can you explain me why I can't see him ??"

Brendan's photo was taken outside 'The Gak Store', which is an independent musical instrument retailer and their social media account were quick to reply to the fitness trainer.

They jokingly wrote: "As a marketing department, it saddens me that we'll never be able to generate as much publicity in anything we do as some dude who looks like John Cena outside our shop can."

Well, the real John Cena recently returned to the ring a few weeks ago after taking time out to pursue his Hollywood career - featuring in the latest Fast and Furious and The Suicide Squad films.

Roman Reigns had just defeated Edge in the Universal Championship at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

With the belt slung over his shoulder, he told the crowd that the 'whole world can acknowledge me' now that he's won.

However, before he could bask in the glory, Cena's unmistakable music started playing and the audience at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, went absolutely wild.

Dressed in a green and yellow t-shirt and shorts combo that read 'Never Give Up', Cena burst onto the stage to intense applause and cheer.

He screamed that he'd missed his beloved fans and looked absolutely delighted to be back where he made his name.
