A gunman is on the run having shot three people in Orlando, Florida, including a four-year-old, according to reports.

The shooting happened in Altamonte Springs. The police pursued the gunman for three miles to an apartment complex, FOX News reports.

The suspect then crashed into a number of cars, before fleeing the scene.

Luckily, their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

The news comes just days after another gunman, Omar Mateen, murdered 49 people at Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando.
