The federal judge who overturned the conviction of Making A Murderer subject Brendan Dassey has ordered that he released from prison.
U.S. District Judge William Duffin said that Dassey would be supervised by the U.S Probation Office.
27-year-old Dassey was sentenced to life imprisonment back in 2007 after being accused of murdering Teresa Halbach, 25, in 2005. Dassey's uncle, Steven Avery, is currently also serving a life sentence.

It is not clear whether or not Dassey will be freed immediately, due to the possibility of State of Wisconsin being able to appeal the order.
Judge Duffin had repealed Dassey's sentence in August on the basis that his constitutional rights were violated based on the way he was interrogated at the time.
"Dassey's conduct during the interrogation and his reaction to being told he was under arrest clearly indicate that he really did believe that, if he told the investigators what they professed to already know, he would not be arrested for what he said," Judge William E Duffin said.
